The organization is a non-profit Corporation organized under the laws of the state of Idaho for the charitable purpose of assisting on an as-needed basis and in a racially or otherwise non-discriminatory manner, active members of the Idaho National Guard, Army Reserve, Marine Corp Reserves and Naval Reserves in Idaho-based units, and their respective families.
