The Seagraves Family Foundation was founded by Janice Seagraves using her winnings from the Powerball Lottery. On Christmas Day 1996, Ms. Seagraves won the Powerball drawing. Hoping to make a lasting impact in the community, Ms. Seagraves used her winnings to set up the Seagraves Family Foundation to help future generations. Since 2001, the Foundation has awarded grants to a variety of organizations around the Magic Valley. Although Ms. Seagraves passed away, her legacy lives on through the Foundation and its governing Board of Directors.
